Refund Policy
At Jyostro, we strive to provide the best astrological guidance and consultation experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refund policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be applicable under certain conditions where:
- The consultation or report was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
- A technical error or duplicate payment occurred during the transaction.
- You cancel a booking within 24 hours of purchase (and before the consultation has begun).
2. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that personalized astrology reports, horoscope readings, and consultation sessions (once completed) are non-refundable because they are custom-prepared based on your personal birth details and time.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@jyostro.com with your order details, including the transaction ID and reason for refund. Once your request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Mode of Refund
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 7–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank account again, then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jyostro.com.
6. Consultation Cancellations
In case you wish to cancel a consultation, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a partial or no refund depending on the situation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
